These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bd15 platform and all its services. By accessing the bd15 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Each person may open only one account on bd15. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and any deposited funds and bonuses forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

bd15 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. If supporting documents are requested for verification (such as a copy of your national ID or passport), failure to provide them within the specified time may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you are operating the account in your own name. If bd15 finds evidence that a user is under 21, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be subject to review.

Additionally, to use bd15's services, you must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited. Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Keeping your account username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. bd15 will never ask for your password over the phone or by email. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

• Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after signing in on someone else's device.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals at bd15: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5.2 Minimum Amounts

Transactions below the minimum amount will not be processed. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 1 hour.

5.3 Account Verification

Your payment method and identity may be verified before a withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests to a different number will be declined.

5.4 Deposit Responsibility

Make sure the account number and amount are correct before depositing. bd15 will not be held responsible for any loss caused by incorrect information. Delays due to infrastructure issues with mobile banking services are outside bd15's control.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at bd15 are eligible to receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 — making the total balance ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳14,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — making the total balance ৳24,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, for a bonus of ৳1,500, a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become available for withdrawal.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user will receive a welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus applies only to the account into which the deposit was made.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash; they may only be used to play games.
• If any prohibited activity is detected (such as arbitrage or bonus-advantageous betting), the bonus will be cancelled.
• bd15 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

6.4 VIP Program

bd15's VIP program has three tiers. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

VIP tier assignment is at bd15's discretion and depends on the consistency and level of activity on the platform.

9.1 bd15's Rights

bd15 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Detection of an account security risk.
• To comply with applicable laws or regulatory requirements.

9.2 User Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time through the support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed; however, if the closure is due to fraud, deposited funds and winnings may be withheld.

bd15 provides services as an online entertainment platform. bd15 will not be liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment services.
• Exposure of account information due to the user's own negligence.
• Incomplete game sessions due to technical errors.
• Financial losses related to gaming — each user participates at their own decision.
